A conference Wi-Fi job that became a campus network transformation
What began as a single conference Wi-Fi engagement grew, over eight years, into a full cross-campus network rebuild — with FSI acting as technical consultant, project manager, sales engineer and account manager throughout.
- 3,870 m² of high-density Wi-Fi across two major venues, with seamless roaming and VRF-based segmentation
- Roughly $1.7M in hardware: firewalls, ~80 switches and routers, enterprise servers, service-provider-grade wireless controllers, 350+ APs and 250+ phased-array antenna systems
- ~$760K in services including dual 10G internet links — now eight years running — and consulting
- Network capability that helped the venue attract Google, Microsoft, Shopify, Salesforce and the Collision tech conference

One WLAN design, 40+ venues, no second chances
Lead Wi-Fi architect for high-density wireless across the Games’ competition and non-competition venues, on a single unified controller-based design, with AAA / NAC for wired and wireless access and integration of inherited controller estates.

Campus and global-office Wi-Fi at fleet scale
Wi-Fi design, deployment and advanced troubleshooting — including pre-release client devices — for a manufacturer’s head-office campus and global office estate on a centralised controller architecture.
- 100+ controllers, 3,000+ access points on a centralised design
- Tooling that cut multi-controller configuration time roughly eightfold and kept builds consistent
- Wireless behind a flagship launch’s live video-call demonstration between two continents; conference Wi-Fi at major industry events
